Anyone can save money if they so choose to establish a budget, But they just don't have the will power to save How do you think the rich got rich not by spending lots of them were poor when they started. I know a personal friend that started out with 400 dollars and invested it he was damm near starving his family to do his investments he now is a multi millionair and he did it in just a few years. So if you are poor its your own fault no one elses. http://www.nytimes.com/books/first/s/stanley-mill...is a great link that tells about possably your own neighbor that you might think is poor but really is a millionair and you didn't even know it.

Ok how much do you spend on sales tax now add that to what you pay at the end of the year together . I spend per say $5756 total sales tax and income tax. But if they were to set the total sales tax at 10% as an example and they did away with the income tax well I would only pay $1200 per year in taxes. Remember the rich buy more expensive items than the middle class or low income. they buy the $100,000+ cars do you? They buy the $500,000+ houses do you they buy the $500+ plate dinners do you now who is going to pay the higher taxes the rich will in the end
