I've finished reading the book of 2 Kings a few weeks ago, and was really amazed by the last few verses closing the book! How God preserved the Line of David! I got really emotional as I was reading it, and I wrote a blog about it...

Excited to start the study on the book of Daniel next week! For the first time, my husband and I will be reading the same book together as he agreed to follow the HRT Daniel plan too! :)

It's hard to see God's perspective and presence during seasons of loss, grief, or longing... but if we look around, carefully look around... we can sense His presence through our husband's warm embrace, a loving text message from a friend, the beauty of nature.... etc... God is everywhere, shouting how much He loves us even through the difficult seasons in our lives! Today, I can rest in the Truth that He has a great plan for me! He will Renew and Redeem what seem to be the dead places of my life! Thank you Jesus! :)

---> This is so true!!! Knowing Him deeper and experiencing His presence is much much better than the fulfillment of any of His promises! He gives us HIMSELF during our season of waiting... but still, we can trust that whatever He has promised will come to pass, in His time.. in His way! :)

To stand behind my husband in every decision that he makes for our family as he walk with God and obey His instructions... To make him feel that I believe and trust him even when the people around see some of his decisions (in obedience to God) as ridiculous, instead of insisting my own ideas, trying to manipulate or take control.... To keep obeying God, keep believing God, even when it doesn't seem to make sense!

I didn't expect that Noah's wife will be included in this study! Very timely for me as my husband and I enter a new season of our lives... There's a part of me that fears the transition, the changes... but whenever I go to God's Word every morning, He always assures me that my husband is abiding in Him, seeking Him... so I need not to fear... He is guiding him all the way through.. I only need to Be Still and keep on praying that he will continue to be more and more sensitive to God's leading..
