Never mind. The specific special action I was looking for, was for what caused a lioness to latch onto someone's chest. After a good read through FI's story file I realized that the player isn't coded to be able to latch onto others...

I can think of a number of ways to get power for the library...

-The library could have a bunch of Solar Panels, but a main breaker needs to be reset.
-Some sort of nanite altered critter could be captured and made to serve as a power source. (Electric eels perhaps?)
-Hamster infection in a giant hamster wheel.
-Generator, with fuel.
-Restore power at some in town power plant.
-Gathering a source of DC electricity (battery) and hooking it up to an inverter to change the DC to AC and the computer would be plugged into that.
-Run a cable from Matt's lab to the library.
-etc.

There are tons of different ways to get a bit of power, the problem is figuring out a way to set up the player deciding they need to power the computer, and then figuring out what use it would be after being powered....

One of the things, that I've felt needed something done with it since the earliest versions, is the computer in the library. It sits there in the description taunting me with a lack of importance or use!

As you get more and more content in the game nuku, wouldn't it make sense to give players some more time to find it? Maybe reduce the time that actions take from 3 hours down to 2? That way the overall "days till rescue" remains the same, but the amount you can accomplish before that point drastically increases...

Just a thought, nothing to worry about for now per se, but as more and more is added, it might make decent sense....

I totally didn't know what exactly I was doing when I made that door in the lab... but if you managed to fix it up then that is most excellent XP

A mexcellent idea indeed X3
Though unfortunately I don't think that bit would be near as likely to be implemented....
Changing what happens near the end of the game as it is currently, shouldn't be too hard.... Trying to change the entire thing starting at the beginning seems like a recipe for lots of hard work and messing with something that isn't necessarily broken (if it's not broke, don't fix it XP)
