If the TDC started the first program on Sept 17 and cancelled it by eve of the 18th then they are saying 578 people came to the visitors center in 16 hours to claim cards. Thats about 1 card every 1min 40 sec for 2 days non stop. Did anybody see that kind of crowd at the Visitors Center that weekend? And remember, that was right in the middle of Seafood Fest. How did TDC have that many staff on hand at the Visitors Center to help so many people?
