President Obama who does not even know what is in the bill (he admitted) is pushing his agenda because he knows his polls are slipping. He does not care about us. I am convinced he wants unemployment high, he wants the economy poor and wants control over health care so the government can control every aspect of us. This is all to thought out for Obama to do but not for Bill Ayers and Bev Dohrn to think out over 30 yrs. They even included the Catholics who have been a major determent to them. They figured out how to make the Catholic church weak. Rev. Wright had major influence in this too. Sean Hannity was right and no one listened to him.

The root of the mess in homecare are the lawyers and lawsuits. Cap the lawyers and the price will come down. We do not need bailouts of the system but to get the lawyers out of making money off of it. I was called to jury duty numerous time for malpractice suits and I was shocked over how trivial most suits were but jurors gave the money to the people. I have been a nurse since 1976 and believe me I have seen the system progressively get worse mainly due to fear of being brought up on charges. We do not need reform just revison of what is in place.

I attended the NRA convention yesterday in Phoenix Arizona. I know this is a concern of many citizens but I can tell you the convention center was packed yesterday. Many women were in attendence and many voters who are angry about all of this. I had the honor to buy Col Ollie North's book and to shake his hand. I saw Ted Nugent there but did not have the honor to shake his hand. In Arizona we can carry concealed weapons with a permit and our crime is much lower then NJ and Pa where they have tough gun laws. We need a study done on this and posted. In AZ you do not know if someone has a gun so the bad guy thinks twice except.

I am a High school nurse in Arizona. We were told yesterday to send all kids home that have nasal congestion and low grade to high fevers. People are aware of the danger and should heed the warnings of going to Mexico at this time. We have alot of coworkers and children who are legal and go to Mexico to visit family and recently went for Easter week and will make weekend trips. It is reported that the Tamaflu (not sure of the spelling) medication is working with the symptoms and it seems like the government is getting prepared. Our health system is already flooded with illegal immigrants and hopefully this won't increase but I don't feel at this time we should close the borders to those allowed in the country and we have done a poor job with keeping illegals out so maybe increasing control there right now is needed. That is where the government can step in but they won't because they want the hispanic vote.

addendum to my above note. Part 2 art 5 states where isn the territory of a Party to the conflict, the latter is satisfied that an indivdual protected person is definitely suspected of or engaged in activities hostile to the security of the State, such individual person shall not be entitled to claim such rights and privileges under the present Convention as would, if exercised in the favour of such individual person, be prjudicial to the security of such State.

I am reading the Geneva convention and would like discussion on this. What I read in Part 2 article 4 is Nationals of a state which is not bound by the convention are not protected by it. How does terrorism fall into this one? I take it as they are not protected???? They are not bound by any state but individualized? Help me with this one.
