Since any BM Hunter with 5/5 Serpent's Swiftness is already soft-capped on their haste, haste is less valuable. Now that haste is less valuable it's also contending for the bottom of the barrel stat with ArP. Which one is worth more dps, and to what extent is what I'm curious to know.

That's what I've heard as well. Even if they do, if you bought stacks under 3g apiece you'll still make a profit.

That would be great :D I took over bloodhoof village the other night with a pally and a shaman friend of mine, our nemesis being the argent healer there. After they logged I carried my plague over to Ashenvale and consumed the Zoram'gar Outpost ^_^.

I did 5/9 BT the other night with this spec, I'm a little above hit cap so I ignored Focused Aim ^_^. Here's the parse from BT...eventually when queue loads it... http://wowwebstats.com/33yfceigxtb5e Mana efficiency can differ a lot, although I was noticing consistently on boss fights that my mana pretty much never left 90% unless something went terribly wrong. Trash is pretty much where it actually budged.

Eventually they will. It's just going to take a bit longer to reach that point and hopefully it's a smooth transition. That and I got copy pretty cheap, I'd have to dig up the invoice but I think I got it with a bundle for another piece that was looking tasty for me :D

Which version of x64 for vista? I bought the system-builder's Home Premium version I believe. 4x2 GB G.SKILL DDR2 :D. I don't know if I ever had a problem with Aero, never thought about it really. I did have a problem with Nvidia's .net drivers and vista though, nvlddmkm.sys. fixed that though with the help of a guildee.

lol, I wish I had been able to play back then, monetary concerns kept me at bay though. DK's are going to be the last thread in the weave for me before it all unravels. Just looking at my hunter and these changes makes this game all the more painful.

Right now I'm really confused as to where blizzard is going with hunters. IF Hunters are worth playing in pve, something like this: http://talent.mmo-champion.com/?hunter=5120020152... That's assuming +hit is readily available on gear, that it is a 1:1 ratio for master's hit to pet. That frost DK I've been thinking about is looking kinda good right now though...

Yep... This ship is sinking, and currently I can't take any more stressors coming from a game. What little faith I had remaining in Blizzard's Development team was just flushed away with the rest of my hopes that my hunter would be viable in more than 50% of the game. Guess I'll give a DK a whirl, frost is looking fun, it's more than I can say about my hunter anymore.
