It is very hard to get both sides to agree to a new hearing or just read the reports of new findings. Oregon is a state that won't compensate for your years behind bars many other states are the same. One man I read about who was wrongfully accused got five bucks and a don't let the door hit you on your way out. If the offender has someone else do the blow so they can go the one who dd the breath should be punished as well as the offender. It is very costly to have the device in the car so you would hope that the offender would not drive after a while of paying monthly for having it checked out, the last time I heard there was just one person in the metro area that has the corner on the market of checking the device and they get paid a pretty penny for the work. If Bill did sexually abuse the young lady or any other child then he must pay for his crime(s). When I got my cdl I' m pretty sure the book had a rule that said if you are driving a commercial vehicle and you kill someone you lose your cdl I guess that this rule has changed or just changed for trimet drivers.
