We had to walk in the street because the sidewalks were choked with drunken college kids, the "Party Buses" of loud drunken revelers were circling the downtown area, and, yes, there were guys peeing in doorways. During our flight to our car, we saw not a single squad car or law enforcement officer. Note to self: abandon Iowa City to the non-residents who make it a Dante scenario.
