The RO was granted the same day Terri was at the gym and Terri wasnt served papers yet.
Also for the people who want to TD facts.. even IF it was issued on the 26th.. The order will not become valid until a copy of it is served to the 'abuser'.

Skyline school avoided a bullet here w/ the step mother story. They have a teacher who says she 'thinks' she heard Terri say to her something about a drs appointment that friday (which is their excuse why no one thought anything when Kyron wasnt in class) and Kyron will be leaving, yet doesnt ask when the child will be leaving school premises. The school dropped the ball here on so many levels and people defend them cause they arent Terri.
The step mother may be involved but no proof yet, lets see what they bring up Tuesday.

I am going to go along w/ teachers story as being 100% fact here. Where is Kyrons backpack?? If it was left in school, the teacher didnt think any of him leaving it there and calling home to say he did,
wouldnt he have homework in there.. maybe not it was towards the end of the year, but still.
Why wouldnt the teacher get details on when he was leaving to know for sure, ie what time will you be taking him from school.
Why would they mark him as absent and not sent home early or dismissed if the teacher saw him?

First it was Kaines truck that was seen and now I have to think about the LS truck that we dont even know if she drove home to be seen at 3:00.

I would figure landscaping trucks have a logo of some kind on it, could be wrong though.

Dont get me wrong here I agree w/ some of your post specifically your first paragraph but it is the family that is fueling this. If LE is advising Desiree and Kaine to speak on these things then back up what they say, but LE doesnt and thats whats frustrating.

I am going to give a list of example from other family members but I want people to put Terri's name in place for sake of argument where the actual family members name is.

You can justify away why Desiree would do it, but Terri you think there is guilt behind it.

My point in this is the other family members have acted and said 'abnormal" things.
I have a challenge for people, find one video where Desiree is crying and you see an actual tear. Not cause a reporter told you it was a tearful statement, because you saw an actual tear stream down her face. Yes in some she had a napkin to wipe her eyes, but you still dont see any tears.

There 'has' to be a reason Desiree did not have custody of EITHER of her kids. She does have a teenage son like Terri who she also had to travel to go pick up and visit.
If people still want to thumbs this down its your 'right' but such a narrow view when a little boy is missing is sad.
I would love to hear comments though and if you say Im Terri or a friend then it just shows me this isnt about Kyron, its about armchair detectives fixated on being "right".
