Obviously you haven't lived on or near Casino in Everett. The woman that was soliciting me in her bra and panties a couple of nights ago would appreciate that her appearance isn't indicative of her affiliation. I'm sure you're right legally speaking, it's just unfortunate that there's an overall lack of police presence in the area. It seems when they are there, it's for a completely different reason ($$$), it's quite exaggerated. A very tragic event nonetheless, my thoughts go out to the families.

I agree with Kelsey. Proper research and socialization is essential for any dog owner. Pit Bulls (& all other breeds for that matter) can have innate reactions to certain situations and if not properly supervised or trained... well it obviously has tragic consequences. My heart goes out to all four dogs and their owners.
