The Grand Rapids Legal news lists foreclosures. Frequently there is one person or one business with several properties in foreclosure. The flippers bought homes, fixed them up and the market crashed. Then they are left with an over priced house for the market. If they sold it, they would have to bring money to the closing to pay off their loans instead of taking home a check. Instead, they stop making payments. There is a lot more going on in the market than just people who have lost jobs losing their house. The very best advice I ever received was do what you love, what you are passionate about and you will succeed. You will be happy with your work, it will be meaningful and because you are happy, the money won't be so important to you. You will do what you can to keep your job because you LOVE it. If the people whom the President is supposed to be leading are disrespectful, why should anyone from another country respect the President? There very well may be people in Washington who believe the President is naive, but the ones who are respectful do not spout off about it. They realize that he is the President for the time being and in order to get the best out of him and the time he is in office they need to step up to the plate and be his experience.
