<description>hi all,  I was wondering what would be the best way to get a good intake of protein.  Which proteins would be best?  Rice protein maybe?  Please help.  I work out on a normal basis and feel that I am not making any progress due to the lack of proteins/amino acids for recovery and building of new muscle.  Thanks in advance for any help. </description>
