I didn't agree with everything that President Bush did, but I always trusted him at his word. History will vindicate his legacy. I highly doubt the same will be said of President Obama. Bush has taken the high road & refrained from speaking out against the current administration. Obama is STILL blaming his own failings on Bush. LOVE this film. And my wife & I were just talking about Crowe the other day (as Gladiator was showing on tv) and remarked that (in our humble opinions) he is one of the last true movie starts left. A movie star is someone who makes you automatically consider seeing a film just because he or she happens to be in it. If Crowe is in a movie, we are far more likely to go see it. Can't think of a movie that he has made that has not had some redeeming qualities to it. The only other actor who comes close right now is Christian Bale.
