What is the speed limit on that road? And I see no skids marks from the cops car at all, nor the other car. So the other car looked to have pulled out right in front of the cop car, was that because he misjudged the speed of the officer? Or did the officer just plain not react to the wreck cause there is NO skid marks? What was the cop doing texting or talking on the phone or radio at the time of the wreck? Just odd no brakes at all? Must of been distracted doing something? I would check 9/11 calls and dispatch calls, and cel phone calls from officer. Cause if he was a talking, then he could of ran the light and not even paid attention as he did not skid at all which sounds more reasonable then someone pulling out in front of a cop, even DRUNK
