One can test for alcohol levels to determine if one is intoxicated while driving or in sensitive positions. How would you police these thing with marijuana? There is no way to tell if one is currently under the influence.

The supreme court should banish with the subjective review of cases. Use an rational, objective method to determine if force had been used on any person of business. If property other than approved taxes had been taken, it is unconstitutional...period. There is no subjective rationalization for the violation of one sovereignty. It has nothing to do with American. As has everything to do with being forced into a corner. In regards to Enhanced Interrogation techniques It is morally wrong to accept the unearned The US government takes taxes from me to pay for unjust and wasteful things. They take my property by force. This situation creates a paradox. In order to retrieve my money I would be morally justified in accepting government program money. It's MY money! Because my hand was forced I am now moral. It is morally wrong to torture Terrorist violate every law known to man. The sneak and plot to kill men, women and children. They take form others, their very right to life. They take lives by force. This creates a paradox. In order to retain our right to life we are morally justified in taking part in activities that will retain our rights to life. Because our hand was forced we are now moral. This does come with the caveat that to get information, we are moral as long as we do only that which is necessarily to retrieve information, use the most humane techniques, and no more. If one day we happen onto a truth serum, then our terms change.

I will concede on two points. Both Affirmative Action and Unions served a purpose. That time has come and gone. Unions came to the rescue when children were falling in to oil vats and making 10 cents an hour to do it. But I can not call what happens between a bargaining unit and the business owner negotiating. A negotiation occurs between two parties on equal ground. It is akin to compromise; both parties lose lower values in order to retain higher ones. What values can a business owner gain? What happens in a Union is extortion! The union comes to the table with a gun! The gun is called different things - Work stoppage, Strike, etc. What Gun does the owner have? Other that closing his business, Nothing! When union membership falls what is the unions answer? To Encourage membership by extorting more from the employer! Because of this dynamic, the company is forced to make larger and larger concessions leading the employer down a dangerous road. This is an example of why groups can not have rights. To cash in on those rights requires force; force against any individual, therefore violating his rights. The use of force is an Evil. Any compromise with an evil always ends as a gain for the evil and a loss for the good. And the evil always wants more. Imagine a burglar breaking into your home. You stop him. You decide to negotiate with him. You offer him your Grandmother tea set. Who won? Who lost?

You are on this site because you do not like where your country has gone FACT Once upon a time there Were the RR's (Reform Republicans) and the Dem's. Two very different and distinct views. FACT Q- Why do we have two parties today that are so similar? What did they do that diluted them so much? Q- Why is it that we are so left today? News, I am an INTP and I MUST point out inconsistencies. First you said you absolutely oppose any form of affirmative action and in the next sentence you say, "while there may have been practical and economical need to justify some types of affirmative action at one time..." So which one are you going with? Sorry, I can't help it. This is what I was getting at. The moment you give a group or collective rights, automatically you must violate the rights of an individual. For instance, Civil rights, or more exactly affirmative action. An employer is forced to exercise racism in selecting for a job. The white male is made to suffer because he is white. Unions - You give a collective of workers rights and the employer is harmed. The leftist and Statists seek to give the whole American population rights which will strip everyone! My point is - A Right is only bestowed on an individual, not a collective. I think this is important because it is what's happening to us today. The Statist are trying to bequeath man made, artificial right to the Collective-America. This forces redistribution of wealth and seizure of business. For no man can violate the rights of the collective with greed! There can be no profit motive! There can be no Capitalism. The mere fact that you have more, means you are violating the rights of those who have less.

NEWS , please comment on where I am going wrong IN REGARDS TO TERRORISM The Government takes my money by force to redistribute it to people that did not earn it nor deserve it. Therefore, it is NOT immoral for me to take it via Government programs because I am simply reclaiming what was mine in the first place. Government intervention created a paradox. To accept the unearned is immoral. But, the Government has forced my hand. I must engage in an act I deem immoral to find justice to a wrong committed by them. My actions are moral because my hand was forced. The Terrorist kill and maim indiscriminately for a cause that is unjust and evil. They do not abide by natures law or mans law. The Geneva convention was convened to keep this kind of thing from happening. You must adhere to both the laws of nature and man (if rational). They have created a paradox. To reclaim the right to live I must partake in an act that would under normal conditions be immoral to find justice and save lives. My actions are moral because my hand was forced. The only difference between the two is when dealing with your own finances, YOU decide what action to take.You are moral whatever your decision. When protecting individuals right to life, a member of the military would be immoral NOT to do all he can to stop an act of terror. Remember the soldier is acting in accordance with natures law; he is protecting our right to life. He is conducting one of Governments Proper duties. The Terrorist is violating natural law, initiating force, violating international law and domestic law. HE has created a paradox by FORCING our hand. WE are now moral.

LISTEN TO ME!! Iraq was all about Iran. Saddam was stupid enough to tell the world he had WMD's (Man, that's clique!) so he was feared in the area. Bush used this as a reason to invade. 2 birds, 1 stone. Get rid of a thug, regardless of WMD's (He said he had them, good enough) and close in on the more pressing threat...Iran. That's it. If it had worked to plan maybe Iran would not be getting ready to build a nuclear bomb. Bush knew that Macmuduinnhdjd, whatever, was a 12er. A 12er is one who believes in the coming of the 12th Imam which would trigger the end of the world and the rule of Islam. That S&%t is scary. I just wish it would have worked to plan.
