Great commentary Michael. Until congress reverts back to Consitutional Law vs. Case Law...their reading the text is actually useless - but we still need to expose this! At the same time, we must hold them accountable to the Original Intent of the Cconstitution (defined during the Consitutional Convention and events shortly thereafter). If they will not take a pricipled stand regardless of party affiliation (and do a 180), we must elect representatives who will adhere to our Charter Documents. The 10-4 Pledge (and the much anticipated Forgotten Men gamechanger) will help us do that. -Joshua www.ForgottenMen.com

Part I Destined to repeat...Weimar ([Hyper]Inflation)? So...are we? Beck has focused on the current economic situation just as much as the sociopolitical environment as we find ourselves in. Why is that? I think it's because we find both intertwined throughout the past 100 or so years. One seems to follow the other (i.e. economic swings and progressive advances) as events occur and time passes. There are those who have taken the peg and moved it one space forward and then another. Then gradually over a long period of time, the average person looks back down the journey of time and doesn't recognize the road that's been travelled. This is where we find ourselves today! My top 10 are all the same: #1 (through 10) Restructure the tax code (nothing progressive allowed) and do not let the Central gov't give money to the states - this is how the states are controlled, even though they are not designed to be subservient to the Central gov't. It all comes down to the money/funding. Take it away and watch the house of cards fall. A Galtesque move is our only chance...we have the power, yet we keep funding our own destruction.

So we have "the Republican Party" and "the Democrat Party". If this movement doesn't fit in with "the Constitution Party" (which only makes sense)...would the new party created be "the Tea Party"?
