Ricardo, Thanks for asking about this. It turns out that about four weeks after this post, we resolved the issues with Firefox 4. I wasn't able to get around to updating the post with that information (my bad). Sorry about the confusion. I just checked with our support team, we are fully compatible with Firefox 4 and you shouldn't have any issues. I've also updated this post with these details. Thanks, Joseph

Thanks for the feedback, cabi3. According to our Google Analytics, we track about 0.7% of our website traffic that uses Opera. Chrome, though more popular than Opera at 15%, it does not represent the majority of our users. Chrome is based on WebKit and presents a larger challenge for our developers when writing code for more than two or web browsers. This translates to longer timelines for product innovation. Infusionsoft officially supports Firefox and Internet Explorer. We understand everyone's concerns around this. As I mentioned earlier, we are exploring the next steps for how we address this and will update you when we have made a decision. Thanks, Joseph

David, You bring up a good point. I want to clarify that the limitation here is most evident when you are doing searches of contacts, invoices, products, templates, etc., and wish to apply actions in bulk and having multiple searches open. Aside from that, you should be okay to have the occasional extra tab. :-) Thanks, Joseph

Thanks for the feedback, Steve. We agree and have been doing this in practice for a while and are able to test more areas of the app to ensure there are no issues with new builds. However, for the scope of this blog post, I want to make it clear that we never previously supported multiple tabs. It is our intent that we will make the app easy and intuitive. Travis, We've only recently seen this come up as a problem since more people are using multiple tabs. The scope of the "problem" is when a user is accessing different lists of contacts, templates, invoices, etc., and they apply actions - the app doesn't know which list you're intended on applying the actions to. As far as browsing in the app, multiple tabs is fine, but we're advising people to not do that since the app wasn't intended for multiple tabs. It's definitely something we're looking into. As far as browsing is concerned, you should be safe to browse and poke around the app without any concern. Cliff, If you haven't already, please contact our technical support to submit a ticket around the text indentation. Since you mentioned it worked before, it seems it could be a glitch on why it's being edited out. Regarding the suggestion for dynamic list creation, it sounds like a great idea. Viv, Thanks for commenting. As far as browsing and copying/pasting is concerned, you should be okay. However, we do not recommend having multiple tabs open when you are about to send a broadcast or apply a set of actions to your contacts. ~Joseph
