Longmont Times-Call : Michelle Wilkins declines to take stance on Colo. fetal homicide bill - Longmont Times-Call

The primary civilized duty of every member of the Colorado Legislature is to honor and respect the values of civilization and insure, to the best of their ability, that government process neither denies nor neglects to provide ubiquitous Justice to all in its due process. That is moral obligation imputed on each representative that attaches the moment they accept office that transcends political ideology or the tenets of the Democrat party’s practice of cult religion also known s Secular Humanism, to hold back on efforts to amend Colorado’s Criminal Code. To wit in this article “…to include fetuses in the state's definition of a person have been thwarted by Democrats concerned about opening the door to bans on abortion.” The embryos that have made it past the critical point for survival are developed babies as they spend all of, or the majority of the third trimester in their mother’s womb. Life is an accomplished fact by nature in the third trimester. These demagogues who usurp power over nature are the proximate cause of government’s failure to protect Mrs. Wilkins baby in her womb with process to dissuade her from being attacked. One can argue that the law would not have prevented or stopped the attack; but the government’s failure to have in place the process to try and conflict the offender for murder is unconscionable and cruel policy against every mother in Colorado. If the legislature passes nothing else but this bill during the rest of this term this will be a successful term for the people of Colorado. Otherwise this session is a flop as far as civilized society goes in this state.

Daily Camera.com: : Doug Conarroe: Lafayette oil & gas ban is a loss to city - Boulder Daily Camera

The sanctimonious non-stop babble over diversities, race, religious bigotry,, avarice, cupidity, covetousness, vainglory, selling indulgences for votes and simony over the past five years is accomplishing the ruination of the nation that John Wilkes Booth wanted, but failed to make happen in 1864. Evil happens when good men and women stand by and say nothing. Now is the time for all good men and women to stand up for American exceptionalism to make it happen again by judging persons by the content of their character.

Longmont Times-Call : Report on Benghazi is a call to action - Longmont Times-Call

As with the precedent in the Watergate, the Bengazi omissions and the Fast & Furious arms smuggling by His Agents form the backbone of the Impeachment saga as history repeats itself with the Barack Husain Obama Administration acting out with vigor and volume the same mistakes as the Richard Millhouse Nixon Administration did in 1973. That is as long as America remains a Republic the Rule of Law has opportunity to play itself out. But, only Obama knows whether or not he may choose the State of the Union Address to announce he has used his pen to sign indictments and arrests of all Republican leaders in the U.S. Senate & House; and all the State Capitals while he uses the SOA to declare Nationwide martial law to prevent citizen unrest that would threaten establishment of the new un-written Constitution and new outlaw order of government by force and punishment for all resistance by citizens to the BO Regime tyranny. The landmark decision of United States v. Nixon, 418 U.S. 683 (1974) is the core argument behind Obama’s theory that the President can use his telephone and ballpoint pen to substitute his will for to law of the land without Congressional concurrence. What Obama is doing with Bengazi, Leaking Confidential IRS Tax Records to Groups Aligned Politically With Him for Partisan Advantage (Source: The Hill Newspaper), Using the EPA to Punish Political Enemies and Reward Political Allies (Source: Competitive Enterprise Institute), Sending Millions in Taxpayer Dollars to His Wife's Former Employer (Source: White House Dossier) and etc. (see http://directorblue.blogspot.com/2011/06/presiden... was rejected in Richard Nixon's claim that the President has: "absolute, unqualified Presidential privilege of immunity from judicial process under all circumstances." So Obama’s own words label his régime an OUTLAW ADMINISTRATION since the same behavior resulted in a unanimous 8-0 ruling against President Richard Nixon and was important to the late stages of the Watergate scandal and is now considered a crucial precedent limiting the power of any U.S.President, regardless of race, creed, color, political party, or national origin of the White House occupant.

Longmont Times-Call : $200 million RTD pension fund in danger of going bust, analysts say - Longmont Times-Call

RTD is the most inefficient poorly managed agency in the State government. So this latest fundamental financial structural failure should not be unexpected out of the latest revelations piling on more debt and excuses why RTD has not kept its promises to those of us in Northern Colorado on why RTD cannot- and will not ever - be capable on its own to handle local mass transportation requirements of Longmont, Loveland, Fort Collins, Superior, Erie, Louisville, Dacona, Frederick, Firestone, mead, etc and etc. It is time for the State Legislature to reform Colorado's transportation consolidating the successor agency under CDOT supervision and management Control in order that true transportation professionals manage the business and can provide efficient, safe local handle mass transportation for the citizens of Colorado instead of this rand amateur political slush fund that's lucky to produce 5% actual service rendered for every tax dollar it extracts out of already overburdened taxpayers who are tired of getting nothing but empty promises and sub standard service out of RTD for over 30 years.

Good people trapped in a bad process? Times Call’s Bengasi metaphor, published as a local opinion, amazingly tracks the very same “dots” seeded by the White House to surprisingly arrive at the same outcomes as the White House Bengasi metaphor. My, isn’t that special? U.S. media has never been more consolidated, in its quest to rewrite history, manage news, and manipulate facts to make America's "lead from behind” President look better than his actual record. 7 media giants, now control a staggering 91% plus of what we read, watch and/or listen to. Times Call is one of those hundreds of local news publications sucked up by MediaNews Group, News-Corp, GE, Disney, VIACOM, Time Warner, or CBS between 1983 and 2012. The WH Ministry of Truth calls the New York Times.NYT prints the White House spin on the facts; and Walla! Out pops this identical Bengasi metaphor throughout the Big Seven’s media markets, as if by magic. Your life, liberty and happiness rest these days on manipulations like this by unaccountable medial management executives.

Avoiding accountability telling a commenter to “Run along” is projection of a laissez-faire attitude toward avoiding a discussion about the absence of a clear conscience in the Obama Administration. This either tells readers how seriously ill-informed about the issue the re joiner actually is. Or the commenter completely ignores serious warnings. So it is also with the WH that is apparently completely obvious to the foreseeable bad consequences that endanger the People’s security if not corrected before it’s too late. But, alas, as it is in the WH, so it is with BO spokespersons helping to cover up the growing intensity of the national leadership crisis by resorting now to pseudo-intellectualism. Anyone who believes otherwise must be smoking Boulder weed.

Just as the POTUS, Razdujour has this subject bassackwards. Now is the defining moment of will there be total war against the U.S. in the future because it lost its allies because they have lost confidence in this Nation’s fundamental prosecution and conclusion of Afghanistan War? If the Administration is not held accountable now what does this Constitutional process failure by media and political leaders portend for the future of “We the People of the U.S.” as well as the People of our current allies? It is clear that the POTUS either cannot, or will not, give them clear guidance. He dodges responsibility with loose - discredited arguments because he does not expect serious follow-up from the former U.S. news media. For the most part the media is now the propaganda extension of the WH press office that lets the Commander-in-Chief get away with talking like prepubescent 15 year old who thinks he has it all figured out! Including, but not limited to: War & Peace, life, religion, politics, education, sex and ethical morality. This is the same CIC who holds in contempt the Nations’ experienced wartime allies and field commanders by always countering their advice and wisdom with his “I win - You lose” attitude. That is compounded with his constant need for admiration as he displays a complete lack of feelings of empathy for the peoples of the United States, Afghanistan, Iraqi and Israel in return. Yes, where is the “conscience” in this pathological /hypocritical White House?

Longmont Times-Call : Slavery lives in human trafficking - Longmont Times-Call

Unless you start doing research before you pontificate your title should be “all dumbest” from the nature and quality of your work product when you shoot from the hip or regurgitate SP propaganda. Franklin owned NO SLAVES! He was one first American Leaders against it risking the wrath of King George. Actually if you graduated out of this school system after 1968 you were short changed on the value of your American Citizenship so you don’t know what you are doing when you knock the greatness and exceptionalism it is to be, and practice being an American. Before ’68 most American children, except in the former Confederacy, knew by the 5th grade that The Society for the Relief of Free Negroes Unlawfully Held in Bondage was the first American society dedicated to the cause of abolition, is founded in Philadelphia on this day in 1775. Leading Quaker educator and abolitionist Anthony Benezet called the society together two years after he persuaded the Quakers to create the Negro School at Philadelphia. “Benezet's argument for abolition found a trans-Atlantic audience with the publication of his tract Some Historical Account of Guinea, written in 1772. Benezet counted Benjamin Franklin and John Wesley, the founder of Methodism, among his sympathetic correspondents. He died in 1784; his funeral was attended by 400 black Philadelphians and in 1787, Benjamin Franklin lent his prestige to the organization, serving as its president.”

Longmont Times-Call : Slavery lives in human trafficking - Longmont Times-Call

Slavery is a default condition of mankind’s propensity of the strong to dominate the weak. We are protected from slavery, in other words indentured servitude by the rule of law which protects us so long as our governing powers honor the trust they will support the Constitution. Slavery has plagued nearly every part of the world wherever governments have sanctioned the complete control of certain persons for the benefit of other persons, usually under the guise of social, mercantile, and technological progress. The legal definition is “A civil relationship in which one person has absolute power over the life, fortune, and liberty of another.” When the Commissioners drag you into court to pay a tax voters have forbidden them to make both by State Constitution and direct vote by the people the people no longer control the government and the government no longer rules by consent. For our Boulder County Commissioners their ignoring the vote of the people to lien properties to circumvent the State Constitution puts those BoCo has liened into a state of indentured servitude. The compulsive feature of “Obamacare”, or as Nancy Polosi scolds reporters these days, “Affordable Care Act” takes complete control over the very lives of those who are dependent upon the compulsory insurance which the government can lien your property and seize it if you don’t pay the fine which negatively effects your fortune and liberty. So if the paper wants to do away with slavery, TC could suggest to build a better community Longmonter’s could start right at home demanding government stop its destruction tax policies on citizens.

Right on estebancio but you forgot to include balance of rights duty of the Government. That is the express right of the people to be protected from false witness by their neighbors in due government Process. Those bearing false witness against their neighbors in Longmont have not produced one scintilla of verifiable evidence proving a single incident where a neighbor was poisoned breathing "poisoned" air from underground industrial fracking. The immorality of their tactics not only damages the next succeeding generations but would rubs the reputation of Council in the dirt for using one immorality to justify Council passing more immoral public policy if Mayor Coombs appeases these lobbyists, who in the reality are attempting to establish bad government; not good government policy and actions to further their own political agenda not public safety!..

The anti frack lobby appears to have its claws deeply dug into the Mayor. This fractious lobby has absolutely no substantive foundation in truth other than its ideology to thrust “We the People” into an arbitrary and capricious form of city government redesigned by Charter to punish non-believers that reverses the reader's own birth or nationalization right of personal sovereignty over government. On its face the charter amendment would give sovereignty immunity to government to not only protect but to abridge the sovereignty of "We the People" from immunity from unlawful persecution for simply owning and legally using their own property if this Council majority bows down to anti frack lobbyist's demands.Thank you, T-C. This short story documents degeneration of quality the anti frack Charter Amendment has proximately caused Longmont City government to become. If the anti fracker lobby gets its way with Mayor Coombs then truth will no longer be the majority's basis for making public policy. The very anger and rush here to use government to punish by the anti-good lobbyists is implicit in their use of neo mob style tactics at the end of the City Council Session to pressure the Mayor to destabilize the just past legal decision by Council. This proposed reversal of action amounts to a degeneration of Longmont's quality of life that raises segregation, by virtue of Council using private property ownership as a negative equal opportunity basis to discriminate against a specific owner. They misuse license to access public right-a-way to bring and economic persecution to bring the ethical level of City Law practice down into the antinomian rules of Orwell's world. “Evil becomes good; inhumanity (as being demanded of the Mayor by the anti frackers) is interpreted as charity, egoism as compassion".

Longmont Times-Call : Longmont will have to pay $6.3 million for Dillard\'s - Longmont Times-Call

Finely finders of fact with integrity, in this otherwise charade to make seizure of private property by government for 3rd party private developers appear to be respectable, blow the lid off City's "substitute due process for the real thing! Justice for private property owners these days is hard to find in City's process that is politically gun decked to appeal to the political base, i.e. power to dictate to others what is in the "best" interests of Fort Collins wealthy developers so far in the Court room. LURA & City Council are one and the same birds of a feather trying to dictate private property values in place of the open – free – market. The Commissioners ruling says states the truth of per se evidence. Therefore, If the value isn’t in it for a speculator/buyer then, in the free market does not the wise spec buyer move on? Isn't further Big Government Style Intervention, BGSI, not only reasonable, but unconscionable to proceed further without trashing all their Oaths of Office intervening in Longmont's Real Estate and Retail Merchandising Markets? How can they obey all the laws above City Ordinances & Charter, if the policy of their law is self destructive to the very interests in public safety through the highest integrity of loyalty to the trust the people have they will not nullify the People's protections from Big Government afforded them by the Constitution? All the facts in context over the past few years prove Dillards was and is in the Longmont retail market for the long haul to serve its Longmont city customers contrary to City Council’s motive. That is until the City Council intentionally and unethically breached its previous Contract with Dillards. Had the City Council Members 2 and 3 councils ago not bad mouthed the Mall and put on these inquisitions staged as “planning” and “community involvement” letting market forces work the past 8 to 10 years the Mall would have revitalized itself with a self-sustaining business plan rather than government hand outs and tax waivers all of us have to pay for to prop up the politician's greed and mistakes! Council’s only legacy is not good government in maintaining a self-sustaining retail market economic environment for the Mall, but an active role in picking winners and losers by redistribution of wealth with this government Ponzi scheme called "urban renewal". Meanwhile their supporters help by demonizing the City’s loser choice to make the sacking of their store for no other good reason that that is what Council wants, so as to appeal to primitive power needs of politicians instead of what is right with common sense and good government.

For those in Boulder County who went without gas heat yesterday and last night this is what the anti-frackers are intending to do to everyone who heats or uses natural gas by creating shortages permanently with the banning's Polois advocates. Today the banning is local; tomorrow County, next day State-wide and next time Congress convenes it will be Polis on his white horse in congress advocating for a nation-wide ban. Ever question where their authority comes from or who he represents? It's not 90% plus of the people whose very lives are dependent upon sustaining (until advanced energy sources actually replace present energy infrastructure).
These anti-frackers are pawns played by the ends justifies the means Administration in its struggle to control the total national energy economy with executive orders that disregard Constitutional Separation of Powers so as to convert redistribution of private wealth into government spending for the welfare of Friends of the Administration. The huge scale of the anti-fracking throughout the production States by Administration sponsorship is driving up energy costs is a fast way to keep up with fast spending for the welfare of the good Friends of the Administration. Like the $$$ BILLION DOLLAR$$, channeled through a former college classmate, for the Government's Health Care Web Site, which is to lie, cheat and steal the property owners out of their free exercise of their mineral rights and personal Liberty as practiced by the pawns locally petitioning both the cities of Longmont and Broomfield... The only thing standing between those who heat & light their homes and businesses directly, or indirectly with natural gas from freezing to death in the dark is Trust the Court will stick to its Constitutional role. Which is to support the Rule of Law, and the mineral owners' vested rights to equal opportunity which includes honoring exculpatory evidence. If not, then the worst fears of the founders of the Colorado Constitution, not to mention the federal, will have been realized and the People of Colorado will for certain be living in the Post-Constitution or Dictatorship of the Proletariat Period of Transformation. He didn't explain "transformation" anymore than he did "change health care", now we know why as the polls show, or the majority would not have re-elected him.
