I used Insanity 2-3 times a week to compliment marathon training. I felt like it was really effective in increasing my fitness!

I've never really focused on increasing muscle mass. I did build quite a bit of muscle in my legs since I started running and training for marathons, but I also cross trained with a lot of cycling and high intensity workouts like Insanity.

The same race I run every year is the annual Turkey Chase in my hometown. Even though it's the exact same course every year, every year has felt different. Sometimes I improve my time. Sometimes I just want to run it for fun and relax on the course with friends and family. It all depends, and I'm completely fine with that.

As a kid, my fave cereal was Kix. I never really like the super sweet, colorful cereals as a kid. Now, I don't really eat cereal anymore. I stick with oat meal
