Left the US at peace? Why noy just say that your handlers allowed you out of the padded room to play on th ecomputer for 5 minutes. Bill Clinton did everything he could to accomodate Osama bin Laden and made sure that terrorists knew the US was a paper tiger. Come on Bubba.

Breitbart.com : Pelosi: US health overhaul will happen

I'm requesting bipartisan feedback from my fellow posters: is there any act that cold be undertaken by a Republican majority in the Senate and House (with a Republican President) using reconciliation which would be more significant than this current healthcare reform effort being considered by the Democrat majorities today? I believe the answer is no. Therefore, when the Republicans are in the majority, please don't whine when they make Supreme Court Justice appointments using the same reconciliation tool. This near eternity long healthcare folly (if enacted into law) makes a Supreme Court Justice appointment seem irrelevant by comparison. To my friend on the other side, be careful what you ask for . . .

Here's an idea to stop the MSM: we need an exhorbitant "carbon tax" on those who slay trees (which thrive on carbon) to carry on their business. Taxing all paper used for newspapers and magazines at say $2.00 per copy should do it. Oh wait ! The MSM is now against carbon tax.

People ! People! People ! Obviously, most Posters' experience with drugs (especially marijuana) must as limited as mine, based upon the comments. Some drug addicts I know explained that the requisite hallucinogenic level necessary to come up with this degree of fantasy would require LSD or Ecstasy. Marijuana seems more likely to have been provided to His supporters, who sit on their couches eating oreos with milk (no pun intended). While there, they're watching their Messiah on TV, shouting out words and phrases like "wow," "cool man," "right on," "way to go dude" to everything they hear.
Folks: His "successes" may just be on the verge of ending. There's a vote in Massachusetts next Tuesday (19th) to fill the empty "Peoples' US Senate Seat" (f/k/a Ted Kennedy's seat), which will provide an opportunity for her citizens to have their voice heard by our nation. In the bluest of blue (most liberal) state in the US, the Republican actually has a fighting chance to win. It won't solve the problem, but will be an excellent "shot across the bow" first step. The rats have already begun to flee their sinking ship. Send money to the scottforusssenate.com website or take a long weekend to get your butt up here and help.

"The White House Friday highlighted a new multi-million-dollar technology fund for Muslim nations, following a pledge made by President Barack Obama in his landmark speech to the Islamic world." So the TARP is working, creating jobs. I had just assumed he meant AMERICAN JOBS ! My bad. To paraphrase The President, he's acting like "a typical black man;" recklessly running up the debt with no plan or means to repay it. Then we'll be blamed for letting him run it up in the first place.
