I think Cameron is leading the party to dissaster. You put your concerns aside at first and support like you have done for years, but I have never known it so bad as he is so far removed from life outside London. I cannot go on supporting when I agree with so little.

Yes it must have been very difficult, blogging like you do( free speech) and being a Labour MP. The two do not fit well together. No one in Labour has told you to stop blogging but their actions towards you speak far louder than words. Its a sad day that you cannot speak your mind without paying a penalty. For you to stop blogging is a bad day for freedom and free speech. To know you will go no further in your party if you keep bloging says it all. Only yes men get on on Labour. If you rock the boat you are out. Its very sad reflection on your party.

I will miss you Tom. I feel I know you a little. but it does give things away. You said " I love blogging becasue I love writing. I love politics, I love the Labour Party, I love writing abut Labour Party politics." What was missing as with most Labour folk was." I love my country". As i have said many times Labour always put party before country and even in your farewell piece it come through, but when you cannot win the argumemt I understand its time to go.Best of luck to you and your family.

Ok then if Scotland needs our help as they cannot sort it out for themselves. Just leave it on GMT. But lets stop this maddness of changing the clocks twice a year. It was started by Germany in WW1 and we all followed, need I say more.

You have not explained Tom Why Mr Woolas should be above the law. I have looked at the ruling and he is guilty and must pay the price. Why should MPs be treated any different. In fact you could argue given the position they hold they shoild be punished more. Under these circumstances what the Labour party are doing is reasonable.
