How can the author of this report justify his position of saying that British National Party supporters would support armed attacks on whoever? If this was the case it would have happened by now surely. I remember Michael Howard and Ann Widdecombe (an unlikely combination I know) suggesting that due to the vast number of immigrants in this country, violence was inevitable on the streets of Britain. If they truly believed that scenario, then the establishment should get down on their knee's and thank god for the British National Party. Instead of supporting or inciting violence we gave the electorate the chance to voice their opinion against immigration by voting for the only party opposed to the madness. Without the British National Party to vote for, Howard and Widdecombe's nightmare scenario could well have happened. So before political commentators give any credence to Matthew Goodwin and his nonsensical report, please examine the evidence first.

Those people who don't like the result of the recent leadership election might just like to reminded of what Andrew had to say on the night he was elected a British National Party MEP. In his excellent speech he makes reference to his election, the rules of the election and how he would have abided by those rules whatever the result. It's almost impossible to get any comment criticising Golding and calling him to account through on this website. I asked a question about Golding and his "moved away from the area" excuse for resigning as a BNP councillor. Why is Green Arrow protecting Golding by not allowing pertinent questions and comments to be aired through this medium. Come on Green Arrow lets have a real debate and lets get to the bottom of this sorry mess.

I posted a response to Green Arrows reply to my comments, alas it has not appeared on the website. It would have cleared up just who exactly the 'leading light' I was talking about. It seems you can't ask Golding pertinent questions regarding why he resigned as a BNP councillor but if you use foul mouth abuse towards GA you get it posted. Perhaps this is to enhance the victim status he now suffers from.

I have received unsolicited emails from this group and would like to ask whether British Resistance supplied them with my email address. The reason I joined the old Green Arrow forum was for one reason and one reason only. It purported to support the British National Party. As this is no longer the case I am now an infrequent visitor to your site and one of the reasons why your Alexa rating is on a downward spiral. I really have no interest in receiving information from a 'campaign group' whose leading light disgraced himself by resigning as a British National Party councillor. As you are so fond of allowing comments that denigrate Nick Griffin and the British National Party I hope you will have the courage to allow this mildly critical comment to appear on your website.

ABSOLUTE BONKERS. This is just another ridiculous attempt by Butler to use some poor fool to work to his agenda. When Mr Edmonds fails to get enough votes to trigger a leadership election it will give Butler and co the opportunity to carry on with their poisonous attacks on Nick Griffin. I suggest that Nick steps down as leader, explains why and then seeks re-election. This will cook Butler's goose once and for all and then everyone who wishes nationalism well can move on. Anyone who then continues with their attacks on the party will be shown up for what they really are.

Oh no! So after Nick Griffin modernised the British National Party in to a non marching election winning political party, the BNP Leadership Challenge conference is to endorse former Tyndall deputy Richard Edmonds. He is just another in a short line of 'not a snowball's chance in hell' candidates. Auty was going to be the "nominal leader" if elected. Butler was going to be the "leader for a year." Now I suppose Edmonds platform will have us all marching and disappearing up our own backsides. This isn't back to the future, it's back to the dark ages.

So Ms Warsi (no Baroness cobblers from me) attacks the British National Party as being 'fascist' and 'extremist' in some two bob rant in the Sun newspaper. I really would like an explanation from her as to how I am a fascist extremist. If Warsi wants to confront fascism and extremism perhaps she should look closer to home. Its David Cameron who supports the political street thugs from ANL/UAF who deny freedom of speech and freedom of movement to their opponents after all. If thats not fascist and extremist I don't know what is.

Mark Collett praises the Labour party for having a so called civilised leadership campaign. Maybe that was because Gordon Brown had resigned the leadership of that god awful party and contenders were invited to announce their candidacy. The British National Party on the other hand had a leader. Behind the scenes there was a group trying to oust the democratically elected chairman. When the chance came for them to put their money were their mouth was and put someone up against Nick Griffin they failed miserably in their attempt to secure enough votes to trigger a leadership election. That's how democracy works Mr Collett. Personally I would have welcomed a leadership contest and I'm absolutely certain that Nick would have slaughtered Butler in an election. To become leader of any political party you have to have a vision and the trust of the membership of the party. From the rubbish I've read from Mr Butler he has neither of those attributes.

Simon, if you watch the Sky News interview with Nick outside No 10 and then read Glen Oglaza's written piece on their website the contrast between the two items is astounding but not surprising. When Nick explains that he is in Downing Street to present a 10,000 signature petition to bring our boys home from Afghanistan, Oglaza describes this as a "publicity stunt" on his blog. So according to Sky News saving British lives is a publicity stunt. When Nick answers a question about BNP policy on "foreign wars" to camera, this then becomes "made up on the hoof" when written for the their website. It's a pity that Glen Oglaza doesn't do some research on BNP policy rather than make petty snide remarks.

These results have been earned over a number of years and we are now seeing the voting public rejecting the media distortions and the LibLabCon lies told about us. People are now seeing the BNP as a truly viable option for their vote and not just a form of protest. Of course we shouldn't expect our opponents to recognise this fact because they are incapable of understanding our principle against their opportunism. The BNP has become trusted by the electorate. They see our canvassers and leafleters and do not see 'neanderthals' or 'knuckledraggers' as the tabloid press would have them believe. Instead they just see normal decent people just like them with the same concerns for their jobs, their families and their country.
