I also believe that Teddy Kennedy picked out or gave him the dog to save him from looking the fool over not being able to make such a simple choice. The real troublesome indecisiveness came with the 8 months of study to decide that our sons and daughters serving in Afghanistan really did need the help their commanding General asked for. He finally gave them some additional troops but only 75% of the lowest requested number. I guess when you are organizing a community you really never have to make any tough decisions. They should be treated as such. NO pension! NO healthcare coverage! This should keep them interested in what their constituents think of pending legislation OR May be they will do better in their next career.
