I contacted Ebay, but they seem to not give a shit, and they make it so difficult to complain. Even now, they have changed their rating system, to make it harder to leave negative feedback. All the fallout at Ebay has probably moved some of those sellers to Amazon and other online auctions as well. In the end, you are always going to have question marks over anything you buy at an auction where you cannot examine the merchandise first. After that, I walked in and took the test with no issues. I did have a few lock ups with the 360 vesion here and there, but the PC version has been very stable, even before the patch.
