My top five, since Glenn picked five this morning!

1. If you are going to have a fair tax, how about a ballanced budget amendment to go with it.

2. A permenant cap on legislator's salaries.

3. Abolishment of the U.S. Air Force and combine its mission with Naval Aviation. Repeal of the National Security Act of 1947 and War Powers Act of 1973, thus returning the Constitutional war Powers back to the executive.

4. Establish law limiting abortion to the four semi-legitimate reasons: rape, incest, viability of the fetus and health of the mother.

5. Double the level of civics and history education by High School students in this country.

I have a question, and I may be johnny-com-lately with this, but I was wondering if we have plans of forming a centralized organization for the country? Something kind of like the NRA, or a national body that governs the rest, and assists local and state entities.

I only ask, because organization at that level would help this movement with concentrating our influence, and could assist with lobbying Washington.

If anyone out there knows, please let me know. I know we are trying to do this at the local level, and I think Texas is as well.
