Some important details while doing the whole downgrade ultrasn0w or installing ultrasn0w process. based on my early post :
1.Toggle "Push" off in the whole process: Settings => Mail,Contact,Calendar => Push
2.Toggle "3G" off in the whole process: Settings => General => Network => 3G
3.Do the whole .deb installing process without SIM Card inserted

Hi friend, that´s a common problem, caused because of the "Push" on your iPhone, I suggest you to JB and Unlock your iPhone again with Push and 3G turned off. try many times... it will be solved.
