In the previous blog from Feb 5, David was kind enough to supply the links to the website for the Home Automation system that the Dream Home uses. As a followup to that, I found the info for the Home Automation remote control unit that can be seen to the left of the big screen TV in the 360 view of the Home Theater room (and also a couple of the photos of the Home Theater room). I believe David (davidac) is correct and includes good links to the IRS website -- winning the HGTV dream home would be "ordinary income" and be fully taxable at the highest level, given your income just went up $2 million.
