<description>Jeff, I think that what you have blogged about is exactly what I have been shouting from the roof top for the past three years. Nowadays it seems that everyone is a guru or an expert, but they will not show you how they got there. I mean we should not expect someone to do our work for us, but when we are being taught or are teaching, we should have some clarity in what is being discussed.  </description>
