Isn't the point of us well prepared citizens,To at least have an attempt at a level playing field. Would you rather just be thankful to be alive? Just hunker down and kiss the boot heels. Or maybe we just bow our heads and walk into the camps they have built. At least we'll have our...no not Freedom, but we'll be alive right? Man I know it sounds crazy and far fetched, but I'm okay with that. If things go well and we never ever need them, I can always sell them on the black market to those thugs. I mean they always carry guns.
What is it about religion that bring out the idiots. I have never witnessed a man screaming at tree bark for being too rough, or curse the sky for being blue. These things just are and we accept them everyday. So someone please tell me why, when a group professes believing in God, you get these nut-jobs wanting to take away or make us change it?
I truly don't care what you others believe in. I won't go on your websites and ask that you remove your principles. I won't go around be-heading non-believers. (shout-out to all you radical muslim terrorist out there) What I will do is tolerate it....as long as it doesn't interfere with the well being of my family. You see, believing in God for me is just as real as the rough tree bark or the color of the sky. Save yourself some Carpel-Tunnel and don't bother typing any comments asking for the removal of this principle, don't bother asking for it to be placed on the list where you feel it should be. I'm afraid term limits aren't enough. We need stricter moral requirements for putting them in. The seats are basically sold to the highest bidder, and then we act surprised when they let us down. I want them out and punished. They have lied, stole, abused, mis-lead.... so on and so forth. When is enough enough. I asked someone today what it would take for him to actually revolt. He said, "When I see them putting their interest ahead of the country". Well, what in the hell has been going on all these years? JC

Term LImits???? Term Limits will only shorten the damage that the wrong people do. We need to put the right people in. Our problem is that we are apethetic when it comes to electing these people, and when it goes to hell, we all want to find ways to fix it then. Americans needs to start rebuilding the way we do things. More people vote on American Idol than on our elections. Personal responsibilty is whats missing. The youth of today for the most part isn't concerned, because they will be taken care of no matter what. Those on welfare aren't concerned because they will be taken care of no matter what. Those that don't quite earn enough to be comfortable will only have to wait until our Govt. takes from those that do so they can worry no more. We are the problem. This govt. will stop and pay attention to us that make them. It will be hard, it will have a price but don't most things that are truly worth while. Action, real action is what we need. Term limits can be in place for the next govt. When do we start taking this one apart?
Is anyone worried that these tea-bag sending things are a little too gimmicky to work? I mean the problem is that our elected officials know that they are wrong and they don't care. They are above us. They are smarter than us. They don't live in our world anymore. At least they think this way. They haven't been held accountable for so long, it is laughable. This is why we need more than gimmicks. The original tea party had a cost....they had to listen. In this case it may make us feel better, but they probably won't even open the mail. I don't mean to be negative, but I think it's time for real answers. Real action. This is a perfect place for the right ideas to come forward. Lets make it count. JC
I am thinking that we need a State to succeed from the Union. If a single state were to come forward and succeed based on the principles of our founding fathers, wouldn't we flock to this place. Wouldn't that start the ball rolling. Think of it, a place that like-minded people could go. With its own soveriegnty, with it own ideals. How can we assume we can right the system, by having to play by it's rules. We need action. Any thoughts?
I like the feeling of this letter, but what we need is a how to list. Most of us on here would agree that we need to do something...But what? Is there a line in the sand that hasn't been crossed yet. How perfect that we have to trust the broken system to work itself out. We as Americans lose interest so quickly. We need to get the ball rolling. I wish there were a state govt. that was willing to succeed from the union, Based on the principles of our founding fathers. People would flock to this state. Then it would grow. As for now, it truly feels like David staring down Goliath.
Reading your rant reinforces my idea that we shouldn't live in the same country. I would love to " MOVE ON " to a place where more like-minded people are. We had a civil war once, and I tend to think we are headed for another one. What is sad is how people have digested this for as long as we have. Whether or not we outnumber you or you outnumber us is irrelevant. Doing the right thing has never been about waiting until the numbers are right. In fact, doing the right thing is usually harder because we are outnumbered. That being said, I am not deterred. I am emboldened, and people like you need to worry. This Country was founded on Righteous principles. If the majority of todays America doesn't want to live by those, maybe it's time to plan a renewed America. Please don't be discouraged by the remarks of these trolls. The days are numbered. The course is set. JC
Where do I sign up for the open rebellion? From where I sit, words just don't do it anymore. This Country is not what our founding fathers wanted it to be. It's not what my father wanted it to be, and I am terrified of what it will be for my kids. We need to do something now, to either set this Country back on track or SPLIT it right down the middle!
