This would encourage people to move to the city and pay the property tax, city taxes, and other city fees. What is the average pay ( including benefits)? At what age can city worker's retire? How many sick days, vacation days and holiday off do they get? I think NYC is very good for city workers and people on welfare....everyone else should move.
