Washington isn’t being lead, they are only reacting to a situation, and “For each Action there is a Reaction”. Sometimes an action can be “Wait”! If the philosophy in Washington is to hurry up and get it done, they can only say that, because no one in Washington can tell us the public what they have done since September 2008 to get us into this, but they will quickly blame in on someone else. How many new congressional representatives & senators have been elected over the past 12 years?

Before Congress or the House can vote on anything, they have to first read the whole document, 2nd inform the public that voted them in, 3rd take a pole and see what the voters would like them to vote and then finally they and only then vote the way the majority voted. They can’t pole the same people each time and they have to pole all parties evenly. They don’t have my rights to vote what they feel!

One good thing is that there are more of us that can vote our or as I'm going to call it (Fire them) from their jobs over the next 6 years we need to stand strong and remove all of them from office and then in 8 years we start voting for the one we want to work and represent us!

We need to look at history and how the great leaders brought us to this point and time, but we need to get creative moving forward so that this can't happen again. History is to be a lesson to keep it from happening in the future. Repeat of mistakes made in the past are a sign that you need to find another means of supporting your family!

I think Washington has really lost focus on the importance of their jobs and I way they are in Washington. Our Public Library is holding a block party to raise operating money, why, because someone has decided to reduce their funding. Washington thinks that it’s important to spend several billion dollars to see what the effect of hog gas does to the environment, but can’t give a few thousand dollars to help libraries.

I think we shouldn’t care if Democrats or Republicans are running the country, we should vote for an honest, trustworthy and reliable candidate. Currently all of them in Washington need to be handed their pink slip because they are doing a terrible job, and if the vote would hurt them getting elected they just don’t show up. I wish that if it got tough at work I could just stay home or go out and have a town listen meeting.

I hate to say it but, because of the unions I am not going to even think about buying a Chrysler or Chevy vehicle and I've been a Chevy man for over 40 years. Sorry Chevy & Chrysler. The union leaders want it all regardless of the number of workers that lose their job or plants that have moved to another country or the worst closed their doors. These union “leaders” pulling in a 6 figure salary or higher only care about themselves. Give the employees a chance to survive, let them stop paying dues, drop your salary, help them keep their jobs so they can go to work, make a vehicle that they are proud of at a good price, so they can keep their homes, pay their bills and raise their kids.

In my family, we have four drivers and we all drive Toyota Prius’s, only because I don’t want to give make foreign oil companies rich. The Prius has the smallest carbon footprint and the four (total footprint) is less than one secret service vehicle. If the Cap & Trade goes through does this mean I will receive several available points to trade on the open market?

I don’t think Washington understands how strong we the people are so we need to look at showing them we mean business. I think that since General Electric is in bed with the white house we can start by not buying anything that GE sells for the next year. This could shut them down so that the smart grid doesn’t go though increasing our electrical costs and filling GE pockets. So if your with me, sell your GE stock first and then don’t buy anything that is connected with GE.
