With the direct involvement of the Obama Administration, a two-tiered system is being created. One tier being the government / union workers, with high pay, guaranteed jobs and lucrative benefits packages. The other tier being the private sector worker who refuses to "play ball". The intention being to slowly force a higher and higher percentage of workers into the public sector, either through unionization or the expansion of government.
