I agree, the cost is unheard of to patent an idea that you have and if it is of any value you will spend most of your life battling people who took your idea and inproved on it and you will never see a dime. I can understand why some drug companies like the people who make Airborne state that it is a dietary supplement because they do not want to spend the time and money and research going though the FDA to get it approved. Plus they hold temporary patents on the formula. That is renewable
The collegeabc site is rediculous and you know that its a lie made up by someone who realy doesnt care or have a life. i was reading on university of chicago's collegeabc site and it was hilarious because people who go there are ivy league like Standford and Harvard. Somebody replied " if this is even posted by a current student of the university of chicago, the they really do not deserve to attend that university because of lack of judgement and character and flat out stupidity"

Wow this sounds horrible.. why such the big deal about them and why havent they just flat out plummeted out of existence. But i can see if the cost is cheaoper than itunes and amazon. Im sorry but I still use my p2p software for songs unless I cant find it. I know its stealing but I do buy the artist albulms after I listen to it. I dont see the point in paying for 1 song at a $1 or more. What if I dont like it after awhile. Hey we all have used that type of service.. Look at Napster back in da day!
I highly doubt pandora will recieve compensation for 10 dollars an application on the iPhone. people are all about the cheap and free. The need to get sponsorship. Pandora is an awesome experience. My fav is Fallout Boy radio and 311 Radio. Because the selections vary so much after you listen to a few songs.. Very cool!

Wow glad they added those applications. That was the biggest competive edge that MySpace had over Facebook in the past besides the easy of social networking that Facebook had and its private networking that was implemented when it first came out. You had to have a .edu address or somebody invite you. Now facebook as much as I love it has become so commercialized its rediculous.

I think the encription for work computers is a great idea and using a usb key to keep on the employee as a safety deterent. I know my old company use to use a electronic key fob that would change the 10 digit numeric passcode every minutevia satelite. Pretty nifty idea.
