It wasn't concealed. Obviously if the driver could see it. Read the rights to carry a firearm. It is completely legal to open carry in Clack. County.

you are placing judgement on someone that is not normally like that.He may be in trouble right now, but people make mistakes. He wasn't out there trying to hurt anyone. And the camo comment, that is halarious. Anyone that knows him knows he LOVES to be outdoors camping and doing outside activities and wears a lot of camo. Its just something he likes. He is not a felon anymore and he has a medical marijuana card therefor he the news and police are assuming considering he was not awake and in the right state of mind to tell them or explain himself. He is a smart and very well loved guy.

Glad he is okay. People need to start looking more carefully for people on bikes everywhere. I know people are going to say people on bikes need to be more careful but really pedestrians have the right of way and your car is much bigger and more powerful.

So sad. She was a very pretty little girl. Way to young to die but glad she is no longer hurting. Condolences to her family and friends. Also to the person who caused this by accident.

ya, they could have. I'm sure police should check into whos they are or if they are stolen considering they are all minors.
