8k? Dundalk earned approx €26million from continental competitions over the past few years. I am sure they could fund the training of their staff. As for the time, if you intend on getting the job of manager at a club then you must put in the hours to achieve the qualification. Do you think he now has the time to get the qualifications whilst having the job? Also, do you think the club can now afford it considering they haven't for the past 5 years? I just don't understand your logic.

He doesn't have a licence? Seriously, why did he not bother getting one in the 5 years as assistant? He's either not had the ambition or he's just not able for it. In either case - why promote him?

If you're going to take the effort to write a comment, at least know the correct spelling of a word. It's always worse when the word spelt
relates to something else. I mean, has he not ever seen it written down anywhere in his entire life? Good grief!
