Another case of voter "fraud" that wouldn't be fixed by photo ID.

We need to do a better job of informing felons about the status of their voting rights, and making sure voter rolls are properly updated.

I disagree. Federal taxes are a moot point here. Do you think that just because the Federal tax system is progressive -- like tax systems should be -- that makes it okay to balance the budget on the poor here in Minnesota?

MN2020 ran the numbers and found that the disparity in after-tax income between the top 5% and the middle 20% -- after considering federal, state, and local taxes -- was 10.2 to 1. They found that asking the rich to pay their fair share in taxes at the state level would reduce the disparity to 10.0 to 1 -- doesn\'t really seem too confiscatory to me.

If you want to put on your tinfoil hat and say the CBO is lying to us, well, I suppose that\'s your right. But don\'t expect anyone to take you seriously.

Yes I can. It\'s pretty simple: there\'s a happy medium to be had. Lines should serve the central cities, but stops should be once per mile.
