It is as though what you do not believe is your identity. It would appear that what you do not believe in is important to you that you want your non-belief to be the first thing that I know about you. I thought that for an atheist religion was not relevant to their human experience. Likewise, I would think that your non-belief be just as non-relevant. (I no not believe in the elves or fairies, however, that is not the first thing that I want you to know about me.) I just do not understand why your non-belief is so important.
