This was a great note and like the ones before mpe I agree the timing of it is perfect. I have heard of the book (it is on my wish list) and managaing my energy is something I never thoght of until I had a reiki session last Spring. The healer noted that she sensed I was a very high energy person but did not know how to work with it. She was totally spot on! Over the year I have made some changes in an effort to make my energy flow better and although some of them did not stick doing this challenge has led me to revisit those changes and tweek them in ways that better suit me. Thanks to the note on Trusting Your Vibes for that! I love the 4 principles as I feel they summarize nearly perfectly the whole of this challenge. If I had read this book before this challenge I honestly believe that I wouldn't have been able to grasp the conecpts as I do know. Alhough I dreamed of renewal time I never allowed myself to have it and no way would I have even considered positive energy rituals. Second, all I can really say about this note is that it does the most amazing job of emphasizing how important it is to feel good in all moments of your life. My biggest life altering takeaways...first, the whole idea that faith is the opposite of fear! This is genius to it's best and I had to read this idea over and over again so it could really sink it. It's all about your degree of negative/positive thinking! Insane! My degree of fear has decreased dramatically and my faith has increased dramatically as well. I switched from one end of the spectrum to the other and the end that I am on is the most fun and most wonderful and most loving end :) This is an idea that I can use with my future clients b/c fear is the number one reason why so many peeps don't fulfill their full potential. Love it! Second...the 5 rules of happiness! I am totally typing this in some pretty font and sharing it with my friends! It is too freakin' good not too!! So simple and so powerful!! (that's how it always works!) i mean I have nothing else to say about them except that they are totally rules to live by and rules that can open the doorway to your greatest beingness. Amazing!! OK one more takeaway (I can't help it!)...the 7 Hemetic Laws!! I learned of some of these in a law of attraction coaching course I did and the new ones to me must be part of these laws! Once we can fully accept all these laws and not get in the way by resisting what is and/or attempting to control/manipulate outcomes then life unfolds for us so naturally and so beautifully. It worked for me!!! Once I surrendered (and I had a HUGE moment of surrender this past August) Universal Intelligence responded in the most incredible ways. When I asked for help in the midst of my surrendering I didn't know how it was gonna happen but when it presented itself I felt it and took action. My help came in two people and one of those peeps is through Philosopher's Notes and this challenge. I allowed myself to get distracted at work and found a place in Puerto Rico (my country of origin) that I feel NEED to go right now! Hearing this idea just confirmed that I need to take this getaway. A huge part of that is because I stopped letting my negative thoughts get in the way and also because I am finally witnessing my own greatness. Yes I still have negative thoughts and habits but being a witness to them allows me to listen to the concern behind them and remind myself that the sheer brillance of what I am manifesting is slowly being born with each positive action I take. I have finally made the space for the Universal Truth to flow through me and have allowed my divine self to ride its wave ;) So so good! I even had someone if I was crack once (they totally meant it!) b/c they had never seen someone my age (I was 27 at the time) with so much energy. I'm 31 now and have more energy now than I ever felt! And yes I belive I do keep getting better and better. As I posted earlier I am in total love with this note! I was listening to this note at work and every now and then I would agree outloud with the ideas being presented. I would say things like "So true!" "I know right!" "I never thought of that" and "Seriously!" It was almost as if I was with a group of my fave chicas and we were in deep conversation. I loved the opening quote and I think it was the perfect quote to set the tone for what is to come. Triumphant is a massive word and well the ideas are totally massive! But the quote totally resonates with me. I have always felt that I have a lot to give and not so I can get sometingn in return but rather because I feel so deeply in what I have to give that just the act of inspiring others to live thier best self is all that matters. Whatever may come of that is just a bonus. I love that Brian brought up Renaissance Soul. I had read a book years agp called "The Renaissance Soul" and seriously one page into it I was like "This is me!". I admit that I haven't 100% embraced my renaissance soul as I find myself trying to fit into ideas and ways that don't work but I tell you one thing...I am way farther along in truly expressing my renaissance soul now than I was when we first started this challenge in January. I figured my gratitude would travel through cyberspace and be out there :) I'm still in awe over my experience yesterday. Ok back to the note. My next fave idea was that of limited thinking produces limited results. Yesterday's experience allowed me to see that although I have made big leaps in my limited thinking I still need to get myself comfortable for the really big mama things...the things that I have been envisioning myself being and having and living for years. When I say that it is close I can totally feel it and know it is just a matter of leaping with full trust and confidence when they appear. So with that I need to practice being comfortable with the big things...I've had a taste yesterday and I see where I need to expand my trust and imagination :) This goes hand in hand with the idea of dehypnotizing myself. As hard as I have workd to get here a teeny part of me still feels afraid and not ready to accept the greatness, probably b/c of the thought I had of working really hard to get it. I worked hard but from this point in my life it didn't seem hard...it just seemed natural.
