We DID put a Serta 4" (or it may have been 6"?) topper on it to make it bearable. It does help, but not enough to make me a fan of this bed. I still HATE it. Can't wait till we've had it long enough to justify buying a new set. I HATE THIS MATTRESS.

Thank you for the link! I've switched to all natural deodorants since this post, and have discovered in doing so that I have a bad reaction to baking soda (horrid rash), which is in MOST natural deodorants (and in the homemade version you posted). If I have a big event (a wedding on a hot day, etc.), I still wear my Secret Clinical to it, because it kicks butt and takes names! But on a regular, day to day basis, I wear my favorite all natural deodorant now (Nature Love Lemongrass) to cut down on the amount of aluminum in my body (aluminum toxicity). It's not the best deodorant ever, but it works well enough to keep me happy and has NO baking soda. Thanks for stopping by!

I can't speak for the Honest Co, b/c I haven't gotten anything from them other than their lip balm (which was great), but I imagine that its because the ingredients (while natural) can still cause problems with your eyes. For example, you can buy all natural soap, but you still wouldn't want to get it in your eyes, b/c it will burn. That's my guess.

After my 3rd bottle, when I got a new bottle, within a few days, I started having a few nightsweats & hot flashes again. Not sure if they decreased the efficacy of the product, or if my hormones shifted a bit. Anyways, I still kept taking them to keep the situation from getting out of hand, and went back to researching. I ended up getting "Herbal Pause with EstroG-100" by NOW (on Amazon). Within 2 days of taking this, my symptoms disappeared, thank GOD! So, I plan to take this until it stops working (hope it doesn't!), and I'll switch back the the MenoPause Advantage to see if it works again. I still have a bottle of it b/c I ordered 2 bottles at a time to make sure I wouldn't run out! I DO recommend trying Herbal Pause, which has a whole different selection of active ingredients...which don't include Black Cohosh, which CAN possibly bother some people's liver & kidney function. Since I get kidney stones, I'm a bit happier to be using this other product anyway. I'll try to update this post to reflect these things soon. Thanks & Good Luck!

I know! I definitely don't like it with 2 coats (which I usually use for the dramatic effect). I do like it pretty good with just one coat, as seen above in a few of the pics.
