Agreed. Went to RL for my birthday this week, and was NOT impressed for as much as we spent - and that didn't even include drinks!

As a parent, if you know that your child has "special needs" - in this case her daughter's skin condition - then you ask the appropriate questions so that any "medications" can be taken accordingly. This mother should have been asking at the beginning of the school year "If my daughter is on a field trip outside, or engaging in outdoor activities where she could be at risk of getting a burn, how can I make sure she can apply sunscreen?" I had to go through something similar for my daughter's psoriasis, and it was just common sense that made me think, hmm, I should probably find out if she needs a note to bring this to school" Oh crap, that's the problem. Common Sense - it's rapidly becoming extinct.
