The "group of 8" from ACORN have been calling for an inside audit for almost 2 years now, of course they were fired for that, they were all high ranking member or board members. It is a diversion to get the Congress off their back, that is all. It is obviously time for them to step up the investigation process especially since the leaders inside ACORN think it needs to happen. They voted yesterday to stop funding ONLY the housing funds for ACORN, what about the rest of the funds? Congress needs to get a list of every org. they deal with in any way and stop all funding to those 300 orgs, yes over 300.
