This article updates the general population on what is being discussed and agreed on climate change. Yet our region seems so complacent or remains ignorant of the implications for these islands we live on. The intentions of geo-engineering seem a desperate attempt to deal with a matter that billions have been spent on to arrive at a clear plan to reduce ghgs. Large nations have gone back on pledges and to try to artificially keep temperatures down can mean the creation of some new global climate problem all without any basic adjustments to our behaviour. We humans must change and now that should be the main thrust.
What crime plan? Brass face, clueless and shameless. The only action I have seen is great work to suppress crime figures and misrepresent them. That is not a plan and citizens feel no safer than under the PNM.
It is highly irresponsible for any individual and worst a Government Minister to refuse to present himself for an investigation launched by the organization in which he holds a high position. Very serious allegations have been made against this T&T Minister. His refusal to go flies in the face of decency and integrity and the Prime Minister needs to intervene and ensure that her promise of transparency and accountabilty to the electorate one year ago is kept. Jack Warner must do the right thing and cooperate with the FIFA investigation to clear up this national and international scandal.

Great letter but you forgot to ask the Minister why did the caring UNC coalition govt leave it a whole year to work on the building? Most of the bad work sounds like neglect to any sane citizen. While Mary King was Minister her urgent work was to get a web site for the Ministry instead of showing they are better at governance than the PNM and fixing the stadium and opening it with Kamla in a BIG BIG hat. I am not impressed how many site visits they make there just to highlight it but no work done for over a year. Get on with the job man my tax dollars wasting the longer you take.
