Or how Starlight simply dodged to let Twi's shot hit Rainbow instead of her changing the future yet again. So it was less Starlight's magic which was amazing, though it is quite amazing given what she did, and more the situation where Starlight was always a step ahead of Twi who was thrown between the past and the fake futures back and forth. Twilight and Spike will try to make things right and bring peace back for Euqstria and hopefully find a way to return whereas Starlight tries to handle the consequences in this new timeline which were far greater than she had them expected to be. We all had that one or some friends we left behind in our lifes for whatever reason and at the same time have that one friend who left us out of their lives and everyone lived on with their lives while you ask yourself what became of them. I remember a friend who I lost contact with after he had to repeat a year, we meet again when I finished school and got my abitur, he was giving out drinks like I did the year before. We talked a bit but that was it, we weren't important anymore for each other's life. And then there was a friend who used to always call me till someday it stopped and I saw him less and less while he also refused to meet me when I asked for it. I never really know what became of him but from what I heard his life went pretty badly to some point. And then you question yourself if you had done something differently if his and your life would have gone differently as well. It is like somebody said before a very "humanish" episode.
