Breitbart.com : Cain tweaks 9-9-9 tax plan to allow exemptions

Why all the problem with 9-9-9. It will be dead on arrival in the democrat Senate, even if the Republicans take control. The democrats will filibuster this idea just as they did the 12 separate attempts by Republicans to rein in the accounting misdeeds and failures by Fannie Mae. This alone may have caused the financial meltdown. Since it is going nowhere in the Senate, why disqualify Herman Cain for President. It may be the best and correct way to solve our financial mess and bring sanity back to our IRS system, but we must face the facts of a democrat filibuster in these matters.

Breitbart.com : Cornel West among arrested outside NYC precinct

The proper fine would be copycat treatment of these protesters given Lindsey Lohan. If a Judge would have a similar hissy fit and throw the book at all of those arrested, then maybe a change of heart would occur. Otherwise, just fine them the amount of expense it takes to clean up the area using the costs generated by union wages and perks of course.

Big Government : World War II Was Not the Quintessential Keynesian Miracle

This Paul Abhrams is a total fool in spewing his idea about the failed socialist ideas of FDR. The WAR brought us out of the depression, not FDR. What he forgets is 400,000 dead Americans in that war and the deprivation of the citizens during the war. Rationing was severe. Any one who lived in that era knew what it was to be without food and without transportation. Innovation died until the end of the war and any new innovation was directed at war and killing an enemy, not creature comforts we all now demand free from obama and his tax cheats, socialists, marxists and communists in his cadre of support. If Americans were put into those kind of total government control over what they did, ate, traveled, and told where to work and for how much (wage controls), the people would rebel. We had a national purpose at that time and it had nothing to do with partisan democrats, and ALL Americans pitched in either voluntarily or forced by government control of all aspects of American life at that time. The "gimme' crowd is destroying this nation and the democrats who continue to support this vote buying scheme of the unintelligent and lazy of the once proud American citizen is driving us into third world status and bankruptcy. The real question then is this the grand plan of a marxist president or merely a poorly thought out mistake of judgment?

Big Government : Exclusive: Alan Dershowitz Defends Sarah Palin's Use of Term 'Blood Libel'<

Sarah Palin's comments was one of the finest example of Presidential speeches I have seen for decades. She put it directly back at the leftist media like ABC, NBC, CBS, NRP, CNN and the worst MSNBC. She looked directly into the camera without a teleprompter and gave a speech worthy of remembering when an individual faces a barrage of hate delivered by leftist media and leftist politicians schooled in the hate rhetoric of Saul Alinsky. Go Sarah, You just proved you are Presidential material and with only one policy speech.

Breitbart.com : Jury convicts Tom DeLay in money laundering trial

After the judge passes sentence America will have another "political prisoner". That is something America should be proud of, especially after all the noise we made about OTHER countries holding political prisoners. Somewhere down the line, America has fallen into new lows. I can't say if the Scooter Libby trial was a beginning or a continuation, but we all know that was a travesty. Fitzgerald was brought in and I remember his speech well after the indictment as praise for himself rather that a clarion call for justice. WE ALL know now it was a false charge and Novak and Richard Armitage KNEW it was false. However Fitzgerald had to prove himself so he continued until Scooter did not use the same words in the same sequence to allow Fitzgerald and the jury to find him guilty of a completely different and unrelated charge of "not using the same words in the same sequence he did 4 years ago". It took 6 different and separate grand juries before the now retired Travis County TX district attorney could get an indictment of DeLay. That is dedication to hate and liberal malfeasance. How this jury could come to this conclusion only allows us to know what that area of liberal Austin TX is really like and the liberal hate they hold and cherish. Saul Alinsky must be SO PROUD of his country now at last.

Breitbart.com : Murkowski becomes 1st write-in senator since \'54

Face it people. The hate that democrats have for Sarah Palin and anything she stands for (Tea Party), freedom, and self reliance, had them voting for mercowski (spelling intentional) so as to discredit Sarah. YOU can depend on that hate in Alaska to move mountains. Count the vote for the democrat candidate, then the votes for mercowski and Joe Miller, and then wonder where those democrat votes went. The democrats are SO FULL of hate, they must hate themselves from leakage. Anytime a democrat votes for a Republican the earth must shake in disbelief.

Breitbart.tv : Environmentalists: Palin Fished Too Close to Protected Bears in TLC Show

The director of the Alaska Wildlife Alliance complaining about Sarah Palin and the video of the bears is so ignorant in that he-she does NOT know what a telephoto does to objects at a distance. The complaint was a travesty in itself for its ignorance and RAW PARTISAN LEFTIST POLITICS. For the non photographers, I will explain. Telephoto lenses tend to make the distant images appear closer than reality. Short focal length lenses make objects appear closer than actuality. This is a case where ignorance by the leftists falls flat on their faces and only stacks more incompetence on top of existing incompetence. The camera boat was obviously at a distance and needed very long lenses so as not to intrude in the scene. Some one in Alaska please replace this partisan leftist before he does some more damage to the image of Alaska and Alaskans. Get a life you environuts and first learn what happens when a telephoto lens in used in a scenario like this. On another note, if it was Obama they would have needed two more boats for the teleprompter and a third for some master hunters with LARGE rifles to protect his weak and incompetent behind.

Could it be that Joe Miller lost some votes from people he offended by "dissing" Sarah Palin when asked if he was helped by her. I was immensely offended. Miller showed to me at that time that he was an unreliable friend and as such could-might-maybe forget what the rest of us needed from him as well. Sorry Miller, I really wanted to be rid of the Murkowski regime in Alaska. Alaska was foolish to elect Murkowski this time. I think she had help from many democrats who realized their man was toast, so how better to slam a better person Sarah Palin.

This judge claims that backers of the Prop 8 aren't harmed by his ruling. I beg to differ. This aberrant judge has ruled against the Majority of Californians when he made this ruling. He single handed has destroyed the free secret vote of the Majority. Since when does a judge have the power to subvert the ruling of the Majority of the voters? What happened to justice on the way to the forum? Why vote if a "gay" judge makes a "favorable for gays" ruling for homosexuals against the vote of the majority of the people?

Forcing America into socialism was first tried by FDR, (Franklin Delano Roosevelt) for the young liberals. FDR failed. FDR also drove us into a second wave and worse wave of depression in 1937, one much deeper than the onset in 1933. FDR also created Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac, the current democrat love that drove us into this financial mess in the first place. Isn't it strange that the Pelosi Reid cabal's current financial bill does NOT DO ANYTHING to rein in Fannie Mae or Freddy Mac? Worse than strange, I think criminal. FDR also tried to "pack" the Supreme Court with hand picked ultra liberals by FDR's own hand. FDR FAILED. That failure by FDR might have saved our nation right there. NOW we have obamy trying the same old failed plan of socialism, one that failed in the 1930's. The onset of WW2 is what brought us out of the depression and then not until 1943 two full years after the attack on Pearl Harbor by the Japanese. Obamy with all his "super intelligence and education?" praised by the big media, does not know about the failures of FDR or he would NOT be pushing this attempt into "transforming" American into Venezuela of the north. Obamy MUST fail in that attempt. Thank GOD that we have the next TWO Novembers to wait for.....assuming we escape an executive order by obamy canceling the elections. Think about that for a bit.

Breitbart.com : Source: Petraeus chosen to succeed McChrystal

Whatever happened to that leftist liberal democrat slam.....General "BETRAYUS" when he worked for us and President Bush?????? Isn't this current administration a joke? I have lived a long long time and I have never seen such a weak president and staff..... and to add terribly to my concern is that my wife is facing a "death panel" NOW by a doctor who won't prescribe a treatment to ease her pain, find the cause and and allow treatment. This is a shameful epitaph for America. Frankly, I would have both Gen. Stanley McChrystal and Petraeus work for me and NOT barrack hussein obama. The Left attacked Bush by the hour, every hour for all 8 years. He did not have a thin skin and tender ego as obama seems to possess. Maybe his wife is not quite proud enough of our country YET? Something is wrong in Washington. McChystal tells the truth and gets fired. I know he should have kept quiet, but how our servicemen must struggle when they have to call in to get permission to fire upon the enemy. I could not handle that kind of dillydally approach to an enemy that wants to kill me.

Big Journalism : Puppies, Kittens and NYT Pushback: The Truth About the Humane Society Of the United States

I have personal knowledge of the Humane society. I know a person who worked there for a time. Giving a pet or taking a stray to the humane society is a death sentence, and it does not take long either. The Humane Society's main game is raising money and pressuring cities to build huge buildings and then funding them at excessive rates and expense. FOR WHAT, to put to death some dogs and cats that people no longer want? A vet can do that at a fraction of the cost and it won't need huge fancy buildings built by taxpayers to do so either.

I do think it will be dangerous for the current democrats, if the Republicans win the November elections. It should put a number of crooked democrat Senators and Representatives in jeopardy. All the investigations the democrats had running at one time during the President Bush years. Didn't the democrats have over 600 separate investigations going at ONE time? IF the Republicans don't repeat the favor, I will be VERY unhappy. Buying out senate seats. Sestack deals. Reids fast buck deal in Nevada. Pelosi giving "special" money to her husbands business. Rangel. Dodd. Frank. Especially Holder for not prosecuting those club thugs at the voting place! The cabinet "tax cheats". The list is much longer than that of course.
