Looks like you arrive at home while we were out sailing. Glad you are back safe and sound, although we will again miss the morning news of your progress. And the budding photographer did an awesome job of catching the storm.

Starbucks is a lot better place for Shai than what's coming in Sturgis! How fun to have a trip to follow so soon. Let Shai do a little blogging. We want to hear what he thinks of the time on the road. Are you uploading via your iphone?

So Glad to see you guys safe at home! Those look like Alaskan sized mugs of beer and you deserve every drop. Thanks for the virtual ride. Thanks also to Dean for keeping you informed and safe on the Dalton. Looking forward to the post trip posts. When's the next trip?

A toast to both you guys. Looks like less than an hour to go. I second Jan - thanks for taking us along. It's been one hell of a cyber vacation. I know you must be tired of posting, but I hope you get a chance to put up more of your pictures. WELCOME HOME. Sleep well in your own beds.

Love that luggage cart next to the bikes. Too much luggage to carry down from your room - huh boys?

Hope you've slept well at the Best Western Twin View Inn & Suites. Of course this cyber sleuthing is easier now that I know that the current riding weather link gives your exact location as a street address rather than latitude & longitude as on the SPOT page. Love the iphone posts. Just don't go trying to post to the blog WHILE you are on the highway - like these idiots who text message, read books and do other dangerous distractions. It sure has been a great cyber vacation. Be careful getting home - work on those tans. Enjoy Enjoy Enjoy.

As Bruce Springsteen said: Back in the USA, or maybe that was Born int the USA - True for you no matter. Hope the good riding weather did your colds some good. Dean, you are a prince to continue the blog. Just checked your whereabouts on SPOT. As Jan said, you seem to be hanging around in Bellingham - Google street maps indicates you're around a mall area that has not only a Cost Cutter but a Holiday Inn. I tried checking out where you got your tires changed. Google Street view got as close as showing the sign for the Moto-Sports entrance, but you couldn't see the building itself at street level. Just from above.

Have a good night, guys. And you too Dean.

This is my post from yesterday morning - seems it stuck around on my computer but did not post.

Thanks for the new posts. Even disjointed its a great story. We'll all be waiting for additional details. Hope you are both feeling better. I see by SPOT that you are just passing out of the Yukon Territories - starting the trip home. What will we do without our morning Alaskan fix? Is someone else planning a trip with blog and SPOT? And Dean - your adventure was even more dramatic than the boys!!! Were you able to fix your bike in Deadhorse so you could ride back or did you have to ship your bike home? - Also enjoyed the youtube video from Allan. We finally got some sunshine here in RI - so I'm off. I'll check in again tonight. And tonight I see that this never posted. I see you guys have stopped for the night. Hope all is well.
