<description>... a bit more backstory, the Bush era wide receiver operation included use of radio transmitters to track the guns. Batteries failed in 3/4 of the 500 weapons - botched op.   One of the fast &amp;amp; furious whistle blowers sat solitary on a stakeout of F&amp;amp;F guns and had to be figuratively pulled out by his superiors to keep the agent from tracking weapons. No attempt made to track the weapons. Obama and friends wanted to find them at crime scenes. They had to try to boost actual statistics to match the fabricated claims about how many US obtained weapons were used in Mex crime. </description>
