Big Government : Advanced Biofuels: Bite the Bullet and Finish the Job

A better analogy might be this.... We're in a cab after the cab driver told the repair shop to replace the CV joint and nothing more. While going down the road the car breaks down with us in it. In this case the cab drive's name is Uncle Sam (but it might just as well be Al Gore). Our solution should be this. We fire their incompetency and get a new cab. Give me a break! The spruce goose never made it out of ground effect and this bio push isn't much better. If there's lift then it will get off the ground. If not, throw it out. It aint the first time we've scrapped a bad idea and it won't be the last.

Irony can be so ironic at times..... Democrats are pro-abortion, pro-euthanasia, now they are setting the grounds for infanticide but they don't want to give the people in between the two extreme's a chance to fight back???? Gee, I wonder who's next? Ever wonder why it is that every country who has banned the right to bear arms all have mass grave sites????

Big Government : Explaining Obama's Lethargic Reaction to High Gas Prices

This is one situation where I doubt he'll blame Bush since he ran on a platform of higher energy prices. If he were to blame Bush it would put the media is a sticky situation. If Obama played the OBB(again) card then the media would be between a rock and a hard spot. The media end their own free meal ticket by crucifying Obama or risk being hung up for their own crucifixion by defending Obama. I kind of wish Obama would blame Bush on this. I wouldn't mind watching the MSM squirm and it would end the last dregs of respect that the public has for MSNBC. Speaking of the MS part of MSNBC --- how is it that Balmer still has a job? I mean ---- DANG just the iPhone part of Apple is bigger than the remains of the mangy remains of his company. And did anyone see Warren Buffett? Now he's playing the "let's blame everyone for my F*'ups" card. Seems the party's over and everyone is looking for exits.

Big Journalism : NPR Runs Interference for Obama on Gas Prices

I've got the solution! Seriously! Anyone who is still honestly in the camp of global warming, CO2 apocalypse, energy is bad, everyone who still has Gore envy, and all the protesters of the XL pipeline --- they all need to put there money where their mouths are. Starting now and until next spring they should all take a vow not to accept or consume products made, in any measure, with the assistance of crude oil. I'm telling ya, if these people can just be honest with them selves and the rest of humanity then this problem will simply and quickly resolve itself. It is clearly the simplest and most effective method.

Now if we can get all the soft indoctrination out of the schools too... Showing movies like "The Story of Stuff", "Flow", "Forks over Knives", "Super Size Me".... Now if we can get the US Dept of Ed out of the class room too.... Granting money to schools as a method to push ideologies in the class room - "Cultural Geography" This isn't big enough to be a full step but it is going in the right direction.

Perhaps but when Ron says that Iran should be allowed to have nuclear armaments at a time when Iran is investing heavily in both nuclear weapons and payload delivery systems to bring them to the US.... Perhaps what Ron Paul means is that the borders will be the only US land that won't be glowing in the dark, dost.

(if you're looking for the translation, its South Azerbaijani - you might want to start brushing up on it considering the policy you're rooting for)

There is a difference between conservativism/liberalism and progressivism. Progressivism is the weed in the hearts of men which intoxicates a group of people consider their own personal value to be greater than another. The toxic spring from which is spews forth pollutes indiscriminately. It seems a topic that you have intimate familiarity with.

No. I can't say as I have ever seen Ron Paul personally become disruptive in assembly. However, I have seen literally hundreds of Ron Zombies become disruptive in almost every venue they appear at. Assuming they drink from the same water supply and buy they food from the same supply chain then I gather there must be some indoctrination service. Their behavior suggests that these individuals are locked into tiny, dank, basement rooms without windows or doors where they are deprived of sleep and sustenance until they reach the point rationalization in which two plus two actually equals five. There are some areas I agree with Ron on but he is not presidential material in my opinion. Ron followers on the other hand would be well served by some heart felt fashion advice and a shower prior attending remedial etiquette studies.

I should have also said....

I can't speak for the state but of the area I was in - it was clearly more that 200% the typical turnout and I'm not too far from Boulder. People here may not have a snowballs chance of getting conservative representation but they certainly showed up to the fight this year like I've never seen before in this area.
