Even if they "didnt intend for it to BE murder" it is murder. They allowed her family and law enforcement to search for her for days all the while knowing that she was dead. Playing it up on their facebook page that they were so sick about her disappearance while they knew where her body laid, thrown on the side of the road like a piece of trash. So intended or not doesnt really matter but thats just my opinion.

My son is 10 years old so right now, no I would not because he is in fact a child. As to wether or not I would leave him unsupervised in the future, the answer to your question would be yes. His disability does not mean that he needs to be supervised 24/7. As a matter of fact I have met several people and have several friends who are learning disabled who live on their own, hold jobs, and maintain a lifestyle on their own with the support of their family. From the sounds of the story it appears that is what her family was trying to provide to her as well. Some sort or normalcy and independence. I doubt if she had a diagnosis that required for her constant supervision that her family would have allowed her to venture back to Port Angeles for the last year alone.

Couldnt have said it better myself. Implied blame is just as bad when the only people there is to blame is the people that claimed to be her friends.

Noooooooooooo!!!!! As a parent of a child that has a learning disability my heart breaks for this family. I fear the day that I have to begin to let go and allow my son to enter this world as an adult because of people like these two. Your family will remain in our prayers.

Not only could he have pictures of our children but of our childrens friends as well. Please keep the families that are going to be affected by this in your thoughts.

KOMO - Seattle, WA : Man sues Starbucks after camera found in bathroom | Local & Regional | Seattle News, Weather, Sports

I would imagine that even if it was not a Starbucks employee that there still could be some liability there based on what they find on the tapes. If there is hours of people on the tapes ( provided they can view them ) then that would prove that Starbucks was negligent in maintaining the area as they should be to provide a safe environment for their customers.

What I find interesting in this as well is that months ago I read an article that said that one of the boys had said to someone referring to his mother being missing that mommy is in the mines looking for crystals. To this day I am so creeped out by that statement. And now for them to be finding remains at Topaz Mountain which is known for rock and gem hunting......... makes you wonder.

Its ridiculous that people hold out so long! Realistically if this is her what he saw could have ended this search a long time ago and put that person guilty on the path to justice. It could have saved her family years of heartbreak. Its simple..... if you see something that seems off talk people! Who cares if it doesnt pan out. What he saw could be that one final piece they are looking for to complete this puzzle. Ugh ! People frustrate me.

KOMO - Seattle, WA : \'God can work miracles\': Boy survives 25 minutes under water | Seattle News, Weather, Sports, Brea

Wether you believe in god, allah , mother nature, or as someone mockingly said earlier Zeus, no one can deny that this is nothing short of a miracle. His family should not be condemed for their beliefs that their god had his hand on this boy. I think regardless of everyones beliefs on here we can all be thankful that this boy survived such an awful ordeal wether or not it was devine intervention, science or what have you. Just be thankful that a family doesnt have to plan a funeral.

KOMO - Seattle, WA : Driver accused of killing Google engineer pleads not guilty | Seattle News, Weather, Sports, Breakin

No I dont believe for a second that our judicial system, especially lawyers want their clients to plead guilty. A non guilty plea assures a longer case which would equal more money in the lawyers pocket. That being said ultimately it is the accused that has the final say in how they are going to plead and it is just my opinion that someone like this should take ownership of what they have done.

I am so tired of these people pleading not guilty. Be a man and own what you did. You killed someone because of your own selfish agenda. To stand there and claim not guilty is a disgusting display of your lack of remorse for what you have taken away from this family. Laws need to start changing for people like this that choose to drive intoxicated and demolish other peoples lives.
