It did seem a little grim at first as our defense got a feel for veteran Van Nistelrooy but with the big saves by Valdes, the game seemed to get the spark that it needed to turn around and get an attacking feel to it. If we continue to play like this against teams, Madrid will slip up. They have the tendency and history of getting too comfortable with the hint of power that is given to them every season.
