A Connecticut Law Blog : CT Crosswalk Law: Lawyer and Clown Edition

Ah, driving/walking to/from court in Hartford. Without fail, every time I go to court in Hartford, I am either almost RUN OVER by someone while I am in the crosswalk (I share your belief that lawyers shouldn't jaywalk) ... or I almost RUN SOMEONE OVER who tries to use a crosswalk AGAINST the light. Actually, most of the people I almost run over don't even bother to use crosswalks at all ... they merely walk out in front of my car from some random point on the street and expect me to stop. I pray my reflexes won't ever fail me. Whew!

A Connecticut Law Blog : Colin McEnroe's: Hey Bloggypants

I agree completely. I mourn the loss of the newspapers of the past ... Sunday morning just isn't the same without them. As for blogging, most of us try hard but life does get in the way more often than not. A serious news organization willing to publish a print and online publication would be more than welcome. And yes, I'd be willing to pay for it, too! Hey Colin, that's a hint!

Ah, Ryan. You are certainly not alone in this frustration. And then there's the Practice Book ... there's another blog post for you! Don't even get me started on that one!
